New £80m regeneration estate project in North London, Enfield

Essex-based construction company Mulalley in partnership with One Housing Group has been awarded an £80m contract to regenerate the Ladderswood Estate in Enfield, north London. The project includes 491 new homes, a new community centre and more than 3,000 sqm of commercial space. Building will start in early 2012 and the first properties will become available in 2014.
