Children took part in all sorts of flying-themed activities as part of a free family fun day in Weston Youth Centre, North Somerset. Youngsters made birdboxes from wood, enjoyed a bouncy castle and took part in an Asian drumming workshop at the centre in Coleridge Road. At the same time parents discussed plans for the future of youth services after North Somerset Council announced a raft of cuts to provisions for young people, due to take effect in April.
