The people of Ramsey have put together a Neighbourhood Agreement which will help improve the way they use leisure facilities in the town. The agreement results from research carried out amongst local residents in 2010 that highlighted four main areas of concern and which now forms the basis of the two-sided agreement between the people of Ramsey and local agencies including the District Council, Youth Centre, Abbey College, One Leisure Ramsey and others.
