The Community Carnival, organised by Bolton at Home�s north neighbourhood management team, saw members of the Tonge community come together to enjoy an afternoon of entertainment. The packed programme of activities included face and henna painting, a showcase of circus skills, go karts, professional football activities, a climbing wall and fairground rides.
