Hyndburn neighbourhood management says farewell

Residents and partners from Hyndburn have said farewell to the proactive and innovative community development initiative Neighbourhood Management after seven years. The team helped to set up the award-winning YNOT snooker club in Hyndburn, Fitness4Boxing in Clayton le Moors, Mercer House social enterprise and the over 55s cinema club, many of which are self sustainable and still in situ today.
